Loralee is a licensed REALTOR/ASSOCIATE BROKER with a unique skillset and broad range of expertise. She started her Real Estate Career in Calgary in 2009 but couldn’t stay away from the mountains too long.

Loralee has a commitment to further education in the real estate industry, and has recently completed her Diploma in Real Estate Management through the University of British Columbia, as well as her Property Management Designation. Not to mention her overall enthusiasm for the industry that just comes natural to her.

Born into a third-generation coal mining family, and having grown up in Fernie, Loralee feels privileged to be able to work in the beautiful mountain town she knows and loves. After living in resort towns her whole life, such as Whistler, Fernie and Rossland, Loralee’s favourite part of her job is helping people realize the kind of life they can have in Fernie. Whether living in Fernie full-time, investing here or owning recreational property, the panoramic views and mountain living are incomparable.

When she’s not working, and in true Rocky Mountain girl style, Loralee indulges in snowboarding, golf, fishing, boating, camping or anything that allows her to spend time outdoors with her dogs.
